Our Legacy

Alnoplaa for Overseas Employment proudly stems from the legacy of Abu Alia Group, established by our late founder, Accountant Abdel Moneim Abdel Hamid Abu Alia.

About the Founder

Accountant Abdel Moneim Abdel Hamid Abu Alia graduated from Ain Shams University in 1972 with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
He worked as the Financial and Administrative Manager at Abdullah Al Ibrahim Al Khuraif Sons Company from 1977 to 1987, overseeing major agricultural projects.

Founded Ain Al Hayah Hospital (1989).

Established Abu Alia Company (1993).

Launched Alnoplaa for Overseas Employment (2013).

Entrepreneurial Journey

Treasurer of the Chamber of Commerce for Egyptian Recruitment Companies (1994–2005).

Honored by the Ministry of Manpower as the owner of one of the top recruitment companies in Egypt.

Official agent of SASCO – Saudi Automobile Club (2000–2019).

Founder of Al-Imtiaz Private Schools, Giza.


A Legacy of Excellence

He passed away in 2020, leaving a legacy that continues to inspire and guide Alnoplaa’s mission today.

Eng. Emad Abdel Moneim Abu Alaya

The current Managing Director of Alnoplaa for Overseas Employment, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Benha University (1994) and a Diploma in Natural Gas Technology from Cairo University (2007). Having worked under the guidance of his late father and founder of the company, he progressed through various roles until he assumed the position of Managing Director, where he now leads the organization with dedication, ensuring its continued growth and commitment to excellence in the international recruitment sector.
